Conflict Transformation & Communication Skills

This offering focuses on enhancing communication skills to prevent and navigate conflict. These skills-building workshops and coaching sessions develop the mindsets, skill-sets, and structures for transformative conflict resolution.

Conflict Resolution

Our conflict resolution processes create a container to support groups and organizations to surface and discern conflicts, harness collective wisdom, heal and move forward together, differently.

Formal Mediation

We offer formal mediation between two parties and small groups to build shared understanding of the multiple perspectives, facilitate open communication, the rebuilding of trust, and a space to co-create pathways forward to address the roots of the conflict.

Workplace Restoration

Workplace restoration is centered on rebuilding trust, relationship and understanding following a formal “workplace investigation,” or past conflicts that continue to surface in present-day organizational dynamics.
