Building a Culture of EDI
This unique program creates a container for organizations to be accompanied and supported to become stronger in integrating equity, diversity and inclusion into organizational practice. The program provides key principles and practices for weaving an EDI lens into shared work, in a participatory way that centers the context and experience of the team - where you are and where you seek to grow.
Building a Culture of EDI supports teams to:
Build shared understandings of EDI and why this journey is important for the team
Deepen skills in effective and courageous dialogue across differences
Expand the understandings of diversity and how it impacts shared work
Upskill in shared leadership
Understand the conditions required to foster deep inclusion in the organization
Program Details
6 sessions x 2.5 hours (in person or virtual): weekly or bi-weekly
$6,500 CAD: groups up to 25 people
$15, 000 CAD: groups 26 - 100 people
This 15 hour program includes the session recordings, powerpoint presentations, and some additional resources and reading material.
