A weekly online movement practice to resource ourselves and find our way through the challenging times we’re in. It’s a space to use movement as a life practice for intuitive and embodied decision-making, increasing our capacity to self-regulate, ground in our body’s wisdom, and be more connected to our visions and unique medicine for the world.

In collaboration with the Centre for Human Flourishing at Concordia University, we will dive into the juicy question of: What grows when we reimagine our communities and organizations as spaces for human flourishing and belonging?
The Art of Hosting is a hands-on approach to shared leadership that brings people together for real conversations that matter. Learn about, and leverage, the Art of Hosting as a practice and a set of tools to lead, engage and convene groups in service of human flourishing in our organizations and communities.

Facilitation is “the process of making something possible or easier”
For meeting facilitation, strategy, culture change, leadership development, conflict support, or partner engagement, our process fosters collaborative brilliance & collective clarity.
We work in partnership with organizations to design processes that are in tune with your unique organizational ecosystem & adaptive to changes as they emerge. We understand that to achieve sustainable change, organizations require the development of mindsets, skill sets & structures that align towards a shared purpose.
How we work:

In this phase we explore together your context, the need and purpose of our partnership, and the parameters of our scope of work.

We write a proposal that outlines the scope of work, approaches, timeline and budget. We welcome feedback, questions and make adjustments to the proposal to suit the need.

We launch the work in partnership with you.

At the end of our accompaniment, we debrief our work to harvest the learnings and plan next steps.
